What you can expect during the assessment?

Kickoff Meeting

Meeting to introduce everyone, explain the process, define expectations, and set a timeline for each of the different steps.

Data Collection

A list of information that is needed from your district to review what is currently in place and documented on the district’s technology.

Anonymous Surveys

Survey sent to the district’s staff to understand their perception on numerous technology topics. Also helps K12 Nexus identify focus points for the assessment.

Interviews

Key district roleplayer interviews to understand when they would like to get out of the assessment.

On-Site Technology Expert

A member of our team will visit your schools and review the technology in place. Administrator read access to the systems is needed to review design and configuration data for all the major back end systems. Pictures will also be taken of key areas.

Report Creation

Once all the information is gathered from our activities the K12 Nexus team will begin working on analyzing the data and creating your report.

Draft Report Meeting

Meeting with stakeholders to go over the draft report to confirm accuracy. Also confirm content is what is expected so adjustments can be made if needed.

Presentation of Report

Presentation of the final report to stakeholder and anyone leadership would like to attend. Includes an explanation of findings.
